Our Story
The Beginning
Johnny Bush had always believed that greatness was born in small moments—like the chance meeting in his backyard in 2016 with three curious middle school boys looking for a shortcut back to their homes. This encounter evolved into weekly Bible studies, and as the relationships deepened, Johnny discovered his true calling as a Life Coach. This humble beginning sparked the birth of CHORE, a leadership program designed to ignite a winning mindset, cultivate productive relationships, and foster a character rooted in loving service.

Johnny Mack Bush Jr, founder & Executive Director of CHORE, is a passionate advocate for building resilient leaders through a winning mindset and positive knowledge patterns. A devoted Christian and Deacon at Covenant Heirs, he draws strength from his faith. Johnny’s journey began in Murrieta, California, where he met his wife, Casey. Together, they nurture a blended family of six children—four girls and two boys—thriving in a home filled with love.
With over 21 years of experience as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, Johnny's innovative communication skills empower others to realize their potential. Through CHORE, he dedicates his life to fostering growth and meaningful connections, influencing lives with champion habits and a spirit of loving service. Johnny’s commitment to leadership is driven by a vision to create a lasting positive impact on his community and beyond.
